Measure Your Underbust
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your breasts. Keep the tape level and breathe normally. This is your band measurement.
Measure Your Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level. Don't pull too tight - the tape should be snug but not compressing.
Calculate the Difference
Subtract your underbust from your bust measurement. Each inch of difference corresponds to a cup size: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD, etc.
Find Your Size on the Chart
Use your band measurement for the row and your bust measurement to find your cup size. Your bra size is the combination of band number and cup letter.

How do I read the bra size chart?
Find your underbust measurement in the leftmost column to determine your band size. Then find where your bust measurement intersects with your band row to identify your cup size. The number-letter combination (e.g., 34C) is your bra size.
Should I use inches or centimeters?
Use whichever measurement system you're comfortable with. US and UK sizing typically uses inches, while EU and Asian sizing uses centimeters. Our chart provides both for easy conversion.
What if my measurements fall between sizes?
If you're between band sizes, round to the nearest size. If between cup sizes, try both - you may prefer different sizes for different styles. Consider sister sizes for alternative fits.
How often should I remeasure?
Remeasure every 6-12 months, or after significant weight changes, pregnancy, or hormonal changes. Your bra size can change over time, so regular measuring ensures the best fit.
Why do different brands fit differently?
Each brand has its own sizing standards and fit models. Some brands run large or small. Always check brand-specific size charts and consider trying multiple sizes when trying a new brand.
